Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings assigned to them in this section. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting your rights and obligations as a melbet5 account holder.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access any real-money feature on melbet5 — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must hold a registered account. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. However, registration is only permitted where all of the following eligibility criteria are satisfied:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any feature of the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one melbet5 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Accurate information: All personal information submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. melbet5 is not liable for consequences arising from the submission of false information.
• Personal use only: You must register and operate your account solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be under an active self-exclusion order placed with melbet5 or any responsible gaming support organisation that covers the Platform. Attempting to register while under self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.
• Not a restricted jurisdiction: Players must not be accessing melbet5 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their location before registering.

melbet5 treats account security as a shared responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support@melbet5 immediately so that protective measures can be applied without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

melbet5 is committed to providing fast, reliable, and fee-free BDT transactions for all Bangladesh players. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied by the Platform.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply and are published in the account cashier section. Limits may be reviewed for high-volume players upon request to the support team.
• Pending withdrawals: Once a withdrawal request is submitted and accepted, it enters a brief security review queue. Players may cancel a pending withdrawal within this window by contacting support before it is processed — once processed, cancellation is not possible.
• Unclaimed balances: If a player account remains inactive (no login) for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a positive real money balance, melbet5 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player. If no response is received, a dormancy administration fee may be applied to the balance as permitted by applicable policy.
• Declined withdrawals: melbet5 may decline a withdrawal request in cases of incomplete KYC, suspected Prohibited Conduct, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements applied to the relevant balance, or a Force Majeure event affecting the payment provider.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

melbet5 regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. While these promotions are designed to enhance your experience on the Platform, they are subject to specific terms that must be understood before opting in. General bonus rules that apply to all melbet5 promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000 BDT. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available to each player once only. Accounts that are found to have been created for the sole purpose of claiming this bonus without genuine play intent may have the bonus and associated winnings voided.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's page, all bonuses are subject to a 30x wagering requirement. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 on qualifying games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must meet a minimum odds requirement (generally 1.50 or higher per selection) to count toward wagering. Full game contribution tables are available in the promotions section of the Platform.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion — typically 7 or 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bonus bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin using bonus funds must not exceed ৳500 BDT (or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus stacking: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Players may not claim multiple active bonuses simultaneously. A new bonus offer may only be accepted after the current active bonus has been fully wagered or has expired.
• Abuse: melbet5 monitors bonus activity closely. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated play with other accounts, hedging bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonus voided and may face account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions: Special promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These event-specific terms supersede general bonus rules where the two conflict.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or spinning any game on melbet5, you acknowledge and accept the following general gaming and betting rules. These rules apply across all verticals — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming product available on the Platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only deemed accepted and valid once a confirmation message or bet slip reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets that are interrupted by a connection failure, browser closure, or device restart before confirmation is received may not be honoured. melbet5 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the betting interface and game lobby for each market or game title. These limits may vary by game, tournament, and account status. melbet5 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Error and malfunction: In the event of a software malfunction, data feed error, or technical fault affecting a game outcome or odds calculation, melbet5 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied on the Platform.
• Obvious errors in odds: melbet5 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of published odds and payout rates. Where an obvious pricing error occurs (commonly referred to as "palpable error"), the Platform reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle them at the correct price, or refund stakes at the Platform's discretion.
• Cricket and live sports: Live in-play betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, and other cricket events are subject to late suspension or settlement adjustments in the event of DLS (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern) method applications, match abandonment, or official result revisions. Settlements follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• Game rules: Each individual game on the Platform (slots, live tables, crash games) is governed by the rules of the game provider. These rules are accessible from within each game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between provider game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence for account-level matters (withdrawals, bonuses, account status) while provider rules govern game-specific outcomes.
• Responsible gaming limits: Players who have set deposit limits, session reminders, or cooling-off periods on their accounts via the responsible gaming tools acknowledge that these limits may affect their ability to place bets. melbet5 will not override player-set limits under any circumstances.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of melbet5, you have certain obligations to the Platform and to the broader player community. The following behaviours are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action, which may include account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or knowingly benefiting from more than one melbet5 account is strictly prohibited. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers by the same individual or household.
• False identity: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction. This includes using another person's identity documents.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without direct human input. This applies to sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game types.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker-style games, or systematically influence the results of any live betting market.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform — whether through deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals — to launder funds, conceal the origin of funds, or facilitate any financial crime. melbet5 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a melbet5 deposit. If you believe a transaction was made in error, you must first contact melbet5 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, data error, software fault, or pricing mistake on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided and the account will be subject to review.
• Harassment: Harassing, abusing, or threatening melbet5 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any social platform associated with the brand.

Account Suspension & Closure

melbet5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable cause to do so. Equally, players retain the right to close their own account at any time. The following rules govern account suspension and closure on the Platform:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@melbet5 with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of your request, melbet5 will process the closure within 2 working days. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — subject to completed KYC — will be returned to your registered BDT payment method within 5 working days.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary (30 days minimum) or permanent self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by emailing support@melbet5. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the chosen exclusion period expires. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. melbet5 will remove self-excluded players from all marketing communications immediately.
• Platform-initiated suspension: melbet5 may immediately suspend an account where: Prohibited Conduct is suspected or confirmed; KYC documents have not been submitted within the required timeframe; a payment dispute or chargeback has been filed; or there is a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. A suspended account's funds are held securely and will not be forfeited unless an investigation concludes that Prohibited Conduct has occurred.
• Platform-initiated permanent closure: Accounts found guilty of Prohibited Conduct following investigation may be permanently closed. In such cases, any remaining balance derived from Prohibited Conduct (including bonus winnings obtained through abuse) will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited real money balances that are not implicated in the Prohibited Conduct will be returned to source.
• Deceased account holders: In the event of the death of an account holder, the verified next of kin may contact melbet5 to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining real money balance, subject to appropriate documentation confirming identity and entitlement.

Limitation of Liability

melbet5 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbet5's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Service availability: melbet5 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability. melbet5 is not liable for any financial loss arising from inability to access the Platform during such periods.
• Gambling losses: melbet5 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by players during the normal operation of the Platform. All bets are placed voluntarily, and losses are an inherent part of gambling. Players are encouraged to use responsible gaming tools to manage their play.
• Force Majeure: melbet5 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from a Force Majeure event. In such cases, melbet5 will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate the situation to affected players.
• Third-party content: The Platform incorporates games and content supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). While melbet5 carefully selects its content partners, it is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within third-party game software.
• Maximum aggregate liability: In no event shall melbet5's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Indirect losses: melbet5 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use — or inability to use — the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. melbet5 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, melbet5 will make reasonable efforts to provide notice via the Platform or by email to registered players. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
